    Huddle purchase not showing up in products list

    I thought I would give Huddle a try and bought a month subscription yesterday. It still has not shown up on my list of products. I did get an email that said order was successful and the get started link. Am I missing something?? Thanks!

    Hi Kimmiemate2,

    Avid Huddle uses the same licensing feature as Team License which is through an Admin. As per checking your Avid Huddle license can be access in the Admin Console in your MyAvid account.

    To access it:

    1. Log in to MyAvid

    2. On the upper Menu click on "Admin Console"

    3. It will then redirect you to another page where your Avid Huddle is listed.

    Thank you so much. I thought that was the answer, but I assigned my email and it is still not working. One thing I noted is that when I went to the Admin Console, it said Welcome Back April instead of Kim. April is my daughter for whom I bought an education subscription a few years ago. I was logged into my proper account.

    Hi there....

    I checked the billing and shipping in your MyAvid and April van der Ham @ 52 Sinclair St, Dartmouth South CentralNOVA SCOTIA B2Y 1S2 is listed.  

    So im wondering if that is where it is drawing the Welcome back April from.  Checking.    

    Also its odd that a non edu email address would get a Eductional account and approval from proxi-ID.  Normally they require an edu email and school info so they can approve.  

    Did you buy the EDU license on our website?

    I logged a bug for the display thing that shows the name April in your Admin Console and will work with our team to update and fix it.
