Last night I tried updating Media Composer and left the installation going overnight. This morning, I saw in Avid Link that it was still "installing." I had to force quit Avid Link and restart my computer.
When I came back online, Avid Link showed that I still have MC 2023.12 installed with no "update" button. On the bottom left, it says "syncing account," and at the top of the menu bar it initially said "servers unavailable," though that has disappeared now. I've tried quitting and restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling avid link, and nothing works. I see no reports about Avid's servers being down - what else can I try?

We are currently having some sync issue with Avid Link. Our IT team is currently working in fixing it. In the meantime I would suggest for you to download directly the Media Composer installer in the Avid Download Center which you can access in your MyAvid accocunt.
