    ASC-paid for but never received

    I haven't received an ASC that I purchased. I received an email confirming the sale went through, but the ASC is not in the "products not yet downloaded" folder, nor is it in an email in my spam folder.

    I found your account and checked and do not see an ASC purchsed but it could be fromanother Avid account.

    I craeted a case for this (#04956540) ans asked the web team to assist.  Could you please let me knowif thre is another email used for an Avid account so I can check it?
