* Exception: MXFIndexTableMapperSegmented::ReadRange - ANC Essence Data Key not found at expected offset
Getting the above exception with some footage which was transcoded to DNxLB in 24.10, across a couple of cameras, if I load the clip to the composer window and scrub this exception appears.
If I deselect the data track & disable data track monitoring then I can scrub without the exception appearing.
So it would seem some data track info is corrupt, or is the culprit at least.
How can I resolve without reingesting this footage?
Cheers!
Lewis
The ony way I know is to remove the data tracks that are corrupt and re-ingest the footage.
You can try to go to your Avid MediaFiles folder and delete the two media databases: msmFMID and msmMMOB. Delete these two files and exit the Avid MediaFiles folder. See Refreshing Media Databases.
Then try it again before you resort to re-ingesting.

Hi Marianna,
Thanks for getting back to me, I'll try rebuilding the databases and see how it goes.
I'm hoping we can avoid it as it's only really an issue when we match frame, once it goes to online we'll be conforming so that should fix and data track issues at that point.
I think I'll wait until the project is finished, go back and try see if the database rebuild works so I'm not disturbing the edit at the moment.
Will feed back!
Cheers,
L
