Can someone confirm what to expect when an active Nexis subscription expires?

I understand that the server retains the data on the workspaces, but will only allow a single client connection via the Nexis Client Manager app. Is this correct?

When it expires you will get a 14 day grace period. After that period, all users will be disconnected. Then 2 users will be allowed to reconnect but with read only permission for all the workspaces.
