I recently renewed my dongle licence.
This wasn't without some drama as Barclaycard decided that Avid was trying to fraudulently take payment from my card.
Anyway, this was eventually sorted out.
Now I'm getting a message from Avid saying...
There was a problem processing the recurring subscription payment for your MC Perpetual 1-Year Software Updates
It shows my software updates/support renews on the 29th December 2025, but has a 'HOLD' on the account. If I've paid for the year, why is it trying to take recurring subscription payments?
I've checked my card account and the appropriate yearly payment has been made.
Also, I cannot switch off Auto renewal, even though there's a button to switch it off.
