Hi, I have a problem, I downloaded the newest version of Avid Media Composer and it doesn't work with my system due to my GPU tht is quite old and doesn't have enough memory. So I dowloaded the oldest version available on the download center that's the version 2023.8 but I have the same problem, the software installs normally but videos won't even play.

I need to downgrade to the previous version prior to 2023.8 that I installed in July 2023 but unfortunately it is no longer available.

I have contacted the supposrt but it seems they are fooling me, they keep sending me the link to download the latest versions but the version I need is no longer available.

I need the version before 2023.8, I am sure it is my right to be able to downgrade if the newer versions don't work for my system.

The problem is written on the page they sent me: 

Quote: "IMPORTANT (for Media Composer Users) As of September 29, 2023, all Media Composer builds pre-dating 2023.8 have been removed from the Download Center."

Why were those version removed since I paid for them all in the past 10 years and I need one of them?
