Unlock enterprise 'create proxies' workflow from NEXIS Edge

Hi all, Now that EDGE is being discontinued, it would be really helpful to have the NEXIS Edge proxy workflow unlocked to work with NEXIS workspaces even when an EDGE server is not involved (it currently only allows creating proxies to local drives when standalone). To be honest, what would be even better would be to make this an Ultimate feature as it's our work-from-home clients that benefit most from this feature and there's zero chance of them running Enterprise.
