    Hi,

    Hi, some time ago I purchased and downloaded one of your ebooks so far so good but in order to use the exercises written in your ebook I have to download the course media.

    Unfortunately, once downloaded I can't decompress or anything, the file is MC239_Media at https://learn-cdn.avid.com/IPT/Avid_Training/MC239_Media. I also tried with other software but nothing.

    Can you help me?

    tried changing the extension to .zip but that did not help.
