One way would be to give all your AMA clips a colour (in the relevant bins), then select the timeline to display source colours.
If there's any clips on the timeline that are from AMA (linked) clips, they'll show up on the timeline.
There is a specific "Linked Clips" option in the Clip Colour timeline menu. It shows all linked clips as purple by default.
If that doesn't show anything, you'll have to divide and conquer and then maybe step in to any nests.

Divide and conquer. Split the time line in half (make sub sequences of each half) and try exporting each one.
Keep doing that till you isolate the offending clip.
