Can you please advise what is the current status of the fix for AJA hardware?  AJA engineering has advised me that they are continuing to wait on a fix from Avid.  The Avid internal issue IDs are:

MCDEV17407

MCCET-5232

We still cannot move our shop off MC 2021 because playback stutters thorugh the AJA hardware on all 2022 and 2023 releases.

Has there been any movement on this?  We're still running MC2021 as anything newer produces unusable playback on the AJA devices.

Hi,

I'm also interested to learn if, when and in which version(s) of media composer the issue with AJA hardware will be resolved.

I have several customers reporting the laggy performance after upgrading to media composer 2022, 2023 and 2024.

I just checked the bug MCCET-5232 and looks like AJA is working on a fix right now and are testing it.  We should know more in the next week.
