I have  a 10 minute 59.94fps project that is made from 15 still drawings. Problem is the venue showing this video can only project at 29.97fps. When I export a file at 29.97  any pans or fast movements degrade the image.

I have used the word 're-digitize'  in the subject of this post. Back in the day when drive space was scarse we would edit low resolutin files. When film was locked we would consolidate the shots, toss the media and 'batch digitize' at the highest resolution.

Without starting from scratch is there a way I can open a New 29.97 fps project, then import the timline of my 59.94 project.

Could I then relink my 15 still drawings. I have hundreds of effects and moves in this little 10 miinute film. It would take days to start from scratch and remake things

Any help would be appreciated.

In a 29.97 project you should be able to select 59.94 in the format tab.
