Anyt tricks or help. Having major problems with my MC. I have the latest Avid Media Composer version 2023.3.0 and MacBookPro M2MAX, Ventura 13.3.1. (a).

I have tried all of the tricks that I found from these forums. Still I can not get audio dynamic play working. It worked fine for three weeks that I have been using Avid Media Composer with my MacBookPro. Suddenly started to get weird problems during last few days: Workspaces are not saved eventhough I save them, clipboard monitor dissappears, dynamic sound playing not avalaible anymore. Several crashing during the day.

Also the Titler is not working properly. Like it should be.

Avid is also generally very unstable. It crashes several times per day. I do not understand and feel dissapointed. Since new MacBookPro and Avid MC 2023.3.0 suppose to be dream come true.  I have edited with Avid  MC with PC for 18 years and never have I had this many problems.

Should I install an older version of Avid? Would it help? Are the projects opening in the older software models, if they are created with 2023.3.0.

Most rapid help I need to get dynamic audio working so I could fast forward with scrubaudio and listen my material ( several hours of material ) with fast play.

Also there is an issue with normal deleting clips. Two days ago pushing delete in keyboard and could delete clip worked but now it is not working at all. Have to say that I am really wondering what is happening?!

Please could anyone give a tip how to proceed to get at least dynamic audio play ( fast listening ) working asap.!?

Sound slike there may be a few things going on here so I thought it best to create a case for you ( Case # 04634726 ) and ask tech support to engage on this.

I am also going to follow the case to make sure you get help....  

I do know that we have seen some improvements using the latest macOS patches, so we encourage everyone to update their macOS to the latest patch which would be macOS 13.4 Ventura

Also, next week we should have a 2023.3.1 ( Mac Only ) release which should help.

See what support can do to help... they will reach out via the case.
