Creating your own tech support cases

Hi everyone. Just letting you know that tomorrow morning, we are going to be making a slight change in terminology on the customer portal where you create your own tech support cases.
You may have recently become familiar with the term "Open Quick Case". We will be renaming this "Open Normal Case". To create a tech support case: https://avidproduction.force.com/avidsupportcenter/s/technical-support-page To see the status of your existing cases: https://avidproduction.force.com/avidsupportcenter/s/
