Hi,

we get this error message with MC 2021.12.6.

 we see this error randomly - occurs while playing or render/mixdown - it seems that it is not written to eventlog - mxf files are not corrupt as we can use them without errors on a other machine. Path-Diag is OK.

Some ideas?

Can you reset user and site settings?

Is there an I/O device connected to this system?

Where are the mediafiles stored? Can you delete the mediafile database files? 

Does this issue persist when reading mediafiles of one specific drive?

Hi,

I will try resetting the user and site settings.

I/O Device is DNxIQ. 

Mediafiles are stored on Avid Nexis. So deleting database doesn´t work.

We´re using differrent worspaces in production. Have to check if it´s the same.

Has there been any update on this?

I'm running 2022.12.0 on an M1 Mac Mini and am getting this same error everytime I play a sequence out to Quicktime - just at the very end of the progress bar, which is maddening!

I have local storage (2 x 8 TB Mac formatted drives) connected by USB3, the MXF files aren't corrupted and there is no I/O device.
