Output 29.97i pro res file from 25p project

I need to deliver a 29.97i pro res file for PBS broadcast. They spec 1920x1080i 29.97 422 upper field first as ProRes HQ. I can easily output all of these specs except the conversion from progressive to interlaced. Is there a way in MC to convert my output to interlaced?  If not in Avid, what programs can do this?  I'm using MC 2022.4

Going from 25p to 29.97 interlace for PBS will generally require an approved form of standards conversion.  Before spending any money, you should determine what methods will be accepted.  PBS QC specs are very stringent.  And failing their QC can cost you a big penalty. So I recommend you get in writing (or email) what methods / tools they will accepts.  And "they" in this case is the entity that you are delivering to and that will be paying you.

    Good luck,
