Hi, i ourchased educational back £15 for 3 months i was sent a code to register avid master account then linked accounts, when asking for activation code i enter the code given to me and it says it is wrong, iam a student at a music production college and my lecturers couldent understand the issue either.

ive emailed the retailer, with no response yet for a refund, and i now have all this stuff pro tools ilok and avid account downloaded on my mac with no way to access it, its extreamly frustrating and theres absoloutly no easy way to soeak to someone about it.

I don't believe that there is a genuine pro tools license that costs £15 for 3 months. This seems very cheap to me. You could try to create a case on the MyAvid support portal and someone will get to you asap. https://www.avid.com/US/support/support-contact If you don't get anywhere with them, send an email to Chris Bove ([email protected]). He is Avid's customer advocate and might be able to help.
