    Payment Issue

    hello, I have payment issues. I have tried to upgrade my Sibelius ultimate. When I try to check out it doesn’t shows a payment possibility. There is every time the same error message. It says: the currency of your shopping card is not compatible with your local. Please check out with products using a different currency. And also on the contact details and payment methods in my account. There is no option to fill out any payment methods. In the last years i have bought ProTools 10 and 11 Bundle, A perpetual licence from Sibelius 7 and Ultimate.  To see if i generelly have payment issues with paypal i have made a new Avid Masteraccount with a new email and with my PayPal. And with this new Masteraccount I don’t have any problems to pay something. Should I use this account in future? Is it possible to use my license from Sibelius and ProTools with this new Avid Masteraccount? Can i merge two Masteraccounts? Or can i transfer my licenses to this new Masteraccount without difficulty? Please i need help!

    Hello Ralph, I've been instructed to contact you. I am having a payment issue with my credit card on file. My address is correct and I have more than enough funds for this transaction. I am getting an error message that reads "could not be athenticated, please try again later" for the last few days.
