what version of MC are you using, as well as what version of Interplay?

DIY quad core I7-4790K, 32Gb, NVidia RTX 2060 Super 8, Win 10 Pro, MC (generally the latest or the one just before) [view my complete system specs]

    Hi,

The Interplay Engine version is 3.8.1.8811 and Interplay WS version is 2018.9.1.

Re: Interplay Web Services Search returns less results than Interplay Access

    Hey,

I've had my fair share of moments scratching my head over search discrepancies. It can be super frustrating when the tools you rely on aren't playing nice...

From what you've described, it sounds like there might be a glitch somewhere in the way Interplay Web Services is fetching results. It's a bit puzzling why it's returning fewer hits compared to Interplay Access. While I'm no expert, I've seen similar things happen when there's a hiccup in indexing or data synchronization between the two services.

One workaround you might want to try is clearing the website cache on your browser. Sometimes, that alone can resolve weird inconsistencies. But if that doesn't cut it, reaching out to their support could be a good move. They've helped me iron out some issues before and might have some insights into why this is happening.
