We would like to connect Avid MediaCentral Cloud UX to an NCS.

No MOS is used, we just get the ID from AVID via AVID MediaCentral API and store it in the AVID asset in our NCS.

When we double click on the AVID MediaCentral Asset in our system (NCS), we want to call that clip directly in CloudUX in an iframe (with the direct path in the Mediacentral / Interplay catalogs to the MediaCentral asset).

How can this be done, what do we need to send or to do to open the AVID asset directly in an HTML iframe?

I used to work with Cloud UX and also wanted to embed assets into iframes from NCS. After some tinkering, I realized that I just need to get the correct asset ID via API and build the URL in Cloud UX format to open it. Remember to make sure the user is logged in, otherwise the iframe will be blank or give an error. When done correctly, it works very well.
