Hi all,

We are currently migrating Interplay Transfer Engine verions and we have to update TM Auto API.

We have already done migrations like this from 2.5 to 3.7 and it went ok.

This time we are updating from 2.5 to 4.3.

Our custom connector to get our solution to communicate with Interplay Transfer Engine through TM Auto Api was working well in previous versions. With the new version we have had some success but we have an error that pops up randomly and crashs our Tomcat on which we have installed our app that communicates with TM Auto API.

All seems to start well with the ingest initiated but then our Tomcat crashs and the only log I find is through the Windows Event Viewer :

The Ingest seems to go well but we get this error from AvGenericFtp_Setup.DLL. 

Could anyone help me start to understand what is going on? A version problem?
