Hello
With an extrernal application I’m checking in Interplay using AMT and Avid Webservices.
In a growing file scenario, time to time the duration of the Master clip after the last checking stick to the max duration originaly provided in Interplay Access, and then when the Master clip is checked out in Media Composer the duration is the correct one.
Looking on my client side, I always send the TC-In + Duration of the clip, so I’m not clear if the issue is in the AAF I’m building or if is on the Interplay side which is not updated correctly either by reading the AAF or from Media Indexer based on the media file information.
Each time the issue has been identified the Media File have the correct duration.
Any idea, advise what could be the issue and where to look at ?
Thanks for the help
Hello,
We're really not sure what the issue is here.
Can you please provide a self contained runnable sample Visual Studio project that shows the problem based on the issue reporting template that is included with AMT3 (see documentation). I will create a ticket so our development team can investigate.
Best Regards,
Dennis
