having trouble installing full mc

i previously installed mc first now i want to install the full version on my surface tablet. i have downloaded the files and every time it finishes it's running mc first. i have removed all of mc first numerous times. i have my sys id & activation code but during the install it never asks for it. what am i doing wrong?

Open Avid Link and you can then select Media Composer and choose licensing and enter your details.
