how install the 2018.12.14 patch?

get this error msg

have triied to put the installer on c:, the Avid install path and so on...

The 2018.12.14 Readme says:

To use the patch, you must have v2018.12.3 already installed. Then use the 2018.12.14 patch to update to v2018.12.14.

Is this the case?

have tried with clients that have 2018.12.12 & 2018.12.13....

but uninstall --> full installer goes pretty fast so I do that now...

full installer goes pretty fast so I do that now...

IMO the best option for this version.

FWIW the patch worked for me on both Windows 7 and Windows 10 after I uninstalled MC on both machines and installed the full version of MC 2018.12.3 then the 2018.12.14 patch. (this process takes more time than using the full 2018.12.14 installer)
