Hello. Basically, what the title says. I have to open Avid Link in order to use Avid MC First, but when I try to go the Profile tab, it starts loading, and it never ends. I've used this version of MC First before in the same computer, but now I can't log in.

It looks like this:

If I try to do it with the minimized task, the prompt is not “Log out”, it's “Log-in” which leads me back to the “Initializing” tab.

I reinstalled the last version of Avid Link, I closed every Avid task with the Task Manager and deleted “Cache” and “Licences” from C:/ProgramData/Avid and from C:/ProgramData/Avid/AvidLink, but it apparently doesn't work.

Finally, I tried to reinstall everything, but now I get this internal error (error code:22)

My computer uses Windows 10 Home, it's updated. Intel i7 8th, Nvidia GTX 1060, 16 GB RAM, and it's in my SSD.

Please, help if you know what could be causing the issue. Thank you very much for reading.

 Please try the steps provided in this FAQ, the title says Sibelius but it's the same with MC.

But I'm afraid it didn't work. I followed the guide, step by step, but in the end I got stuck with “Initializing” again.
