Correct me if I'm wrong.

With CTMS you can't delete Interplay folders.

You can only delete non-folder items within a folder with loc:delete-item

loc:delete-item-in-folder-by-id-bulk-comman deletes only non-folder items and give a message

The function loc:delete-item-by-id is not available on PAM systems?

Currently deletion is available for AM systems only in CTMS see

Deletion for PM systems is experimental only for now. It will be documented when ready for public use in the future.
