    I started a support case for you 04047527. By the way, the latest version for the 2018.x is 2018.12.13 if you're not in the middle of a project I suggest you try updating MC.

    Thanks.   I just tried downloading .13 but my downloads from Avid have been resulting in "Failed -Network Error" at the office for at least a year now.   Maybe that's why I don't update that often.
