    about vertical video editing

hi,I shot the sony z150 vertically, and the project is also set to 1080x1920,
but how to make the preview screen and editing screen reach the real 9:16 ratio?
Is there a tutorial video for reference? Thanks for any reply

    Re: about vertical video editing

Personally I would gothe easy way and just rotate the preview monitor 90 degrees:) and edit as it is (and deal with the vertical when export).

But the more fancy solution might be: set up CUSTOM project (when selecting "Format") with 1080x1920 resolution. Link the footage. Select it in bin, right click > Source settings. There in Frame Flex tab use rotate option (90°). See if it looks like it should. Then transcode (to preview quality or something like DNxHD 180/HQ).

Consider the "Apply source transformation: FrameFlex" during transcode - will help a lot the editing performance.

    Hope it helps.
