I had a 3month subscription for Media Composer and my subscription was renew for an entire year even though the auto renewal option was OFF! I am now being told by customer service I am unable to obtain a refund even though it's been less than a day into that new subscription! This is ludicrous and unfair!

I did and was referred back to Ann at Avid Customer Service who actually informed me that nothing could be done previously due the auto renewal. Hopefully this time round it works out!

Looks like that you were not able to turn off the auto renewal option PRIOR to your renewal date, I'm still seeking advise from the Webstore manager.
