Force CC mode in to 10bit when activated?

Is there a way to have CC mode (or any workspace view for that matter) always open with full green 10bit timeline quality activated? This setting doesn't seem to get saved in the timeline settings that I have linked to CC mode?

    I don't understand.

When I work at Symphony I have always 10bit (having my clips 10bit of course) and Full Screen at a third monitor.

If I start up Avid it seems to always default to yellow/green timeline quality. When I'm working I generally want to be in full green 10bit quality. It's easy to forget to check this and I was wondering if there's a way to force Avid to always start with the timeline quality set to full green 10 bit. Like something you could drag in to site settings or something? Mine doesn't seem to remember and always defaults to yellow/green.

This can't be changed AFAIK unless there is a console command for it. I always set it manual to 10bit

Yeah, it's not a massive problem, it would just be nice if it could be added as a site setting or linked to a timeline or user setting. It's also important for things like Neat video and Mocha I think to always be in full quality so this would just help avoid any mistakes. Oh well, added to my list of things I want.

A bit off topic, but related (I think).

How do you make scopes stick on one or more of the three windows in the CC panel of none 2020 Avid?  I thought I had done that once, but it ain't work'n now.  Restart Avid and they are gone.

Jef I've had this problem too on 2018.12.8. It seems to have stopped now that I've made a custom colour timeline view with my scopes either side of my centre panel and then I dragged that timeline view in to my site settings. It seems to start up now with the scopes in the right place. Don't know about 2020 though. Might be worth a shot?

Interesting.  2018.12.8 is what I am running and getting this problem with.  I do make a custom color workspace.  But I have not tried the site setting trick yet.  Good idea.  Will give that a go. Thanks.
