"Exception: export failed" error and crash

On MC 2019.9, I am adding a speed up effect to an an audio clip. I grab a previous clips properties from the Audio Suite Time Compression Expansion tool, and drag the properties to another audio clip. The system freezes and gives an "Exception: export failed" message. I am unable to say ok, or close anything with the Avid. Only going to the Task Manager and killing the Avid gets me out of it... losing work just done. Looked in bug fixes for later releases but don't see this specific problem.

Try just those two clips in a new timeline, drag the properties to a bin> then drag the bin properties to a clip.
