    Blu-ray disc 1980x1080 25i from MC 2019

At present I work with MC 2018.12.3 on Windows 7. To make Blu-ray discs (PAL) I export a QuickTime Reference file and transcode it to MPEG2 with Adobe Media Encoder CS4 (AME). With this file I create Blu-ray discs in DVD Architect.

I wish to migrate to Windows 10 and upgrade to MC 2019.x. However, it seems there is no AME version available for Windows 10, and any Win10 compatible Adobe Software is expensive to rent.

Transcoding to H.264 mp4 files transforms 50i (interlaced) video to 25p with slightly visible image degradation (slightly stuttering movements).

Is there an alternative way to produce 50i Blu-ray discs from Media Composer 2019.x?

Check out TMPGenc. That does a great job of encoding for various types of discs.

Has someone exported an XAVC 1980x1050/50 i (interlaced, PAL) or  a corresponding NTSC (interlaced) video from Media Composer 2019.x and made a Blue-ray disc out of it, possibly using TmpGenc Authoring Work?

Yes, I have.  The only note is it doesn't look to me like TMPGenc reads a QT reference file.  Must output as a full size QT (mov) for TMP to work.

I had tried multiple other pieces of software and all the rest caused the video and audio to get out of sync.  This does not and seems rock solid. Everything else is fine.  I also use DVD Architect from that point forward.

I have TMPGEnc Mastering Works 7 and TMPGEnc Authoring Works 5, both can read and process QT Ref files without any issues.
