    Store support case stuck as "case in queue"

    Hi,

    I lodged a support case regarding an erroneous annual subscription charge. Since this charge did not have a System ID attached I did not fill the field out in the support ticket, I think this could be my problem. I also cannot edit the support ticket to now add in a System ID.

    Case: 03810298

    I hope this case can be looked at ASAP.
