    2019.9 GIM destructed while some transfer are not done error

    Keep getting this error on one of our edit suites since installing 2019.9
    Any idea what is causing it. Have to do a full system reboot to clear it.

    Just ran into the same error while trying to render an effect on 2021.5

     

    Anyone has an idea what could cause this error?

    I can't remember how we fixed it now. 
    it might have been a graphics driver issue
