Hello Mac Media Composer Community,
Isaac here. At the risk of being flagged as a spammer, I'm asking you to head to this Off-Topic post:
https://community.avid.com/forums/t/196676.aspx
Read and reply. Not a rant, but an honest-to-goodness idea with hopes of helping us all.
With NAB around the corner, it could be good timing to bring it up to the top of Avid's collective Inbox. Thanks!

Isaac,I don't want to get into the weeds over this, but you're starting to cause some really negative chatter. Not because of your ideas (some of those really may have merit, and we ARE discussing them) but because you're fighting the concept of repetition by using too much repetition. Duplicate posts or unnecessary bump posts are not going to help your cause. Every time you create one, here and in other threads, it sends automatically-generated internal emails throughout the system to all of us, and we all have to stop what we're doing to discuss moderating you.
Please consider creating one really good, purposeful position statement in one forum, and then really sitting back and giving the audience an appropriate amount of time to respond.I love all ideas from all people. I love discussing the angles that can make products and communitites better. But I think all of us here would hate to see anyone's ideas get lost in the shuffle because of an overstepping of the forum guidelines... and while a lot of moderators might view what you're doing as brainstorming, others might see it as incendiary behavior.
Please take this advice as positive.

Chris,
Again, appreciate the response.
Like I told Carl, I see an opportunity for someone. I guess that's not me, and that's OK. If Avid decides to implement that role / those roles, it could save us all a lot of time.
True to my word, that was my last swing. Signing off.
