Timeline presets don't stick to Function Keys

Everytime I restart Avid, I have to reassign my timeline presets to the function keys. Is the broken on the latest Avid?

i would check a duplicated keyboard.

It's broken and a known bug beginning for me with version 2018.12. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
