Avid for God sake isn't embarrassing to have a applications manager in witch never worked right from day one?
what is good to have a non functional garbage sitting in ourr system and chewing system resources?
Come on AVID I can't even see my account status and support expiration date, If I have to go to webste to see status and download updates, then, why to I have to have appication manager? This non working application manager has been pain in the neck from day one especially during support renewal.
This is the second attempt after two weeks with same results Wheel is spinning showing getting subscription data for the past 6 hours,
Avid where are you trying to get the data from? I'm sitting here in Los Angeles with 100 plus degree temperature not in the middle of war zone of Iraq or Syria. What should I do?

Thanks RalphC, I have this problem on both my systems PC and Mac
Support called in and access the system remotely, good till now. then he was unable to fix the problem with application manager, he advised me to use website for update and accessing account. LOL. Now I would like to know what is the role of application manager if I have to visit website.
I tell you Avid, I will not buy support to renew my plan until this useless application manager starts functioning again.
Case closed, problem not fixed. Avid ignoring. Now the problem growing. Dead Application Manager, Is this a quality of your standared support?
