Re: 10.13.6 2018.8 and network drive project save error

    Thanks radrattus

I haven't been able to connect by NFS for some reason, but I don't think it would work anyway with the filenames I use. Saving projects locally is not too big a deal. I'm editing by myself most of the time anyway. It's just a bit annoying not having the actual project available on shared storage. As a workaround I've set up a simple Automator task to daily copy all the projects from my local drive to the QNAP.

iMac Pro, 3.2 GHz Intel Xeon W, 32 GB RAM, Radeon Pro Vega 56 8GB, QNAP NAS connected by Thunderbolt, OS 10.14.6 [view my complete system specs]

No problem, wanted to save you some time if possible.

NFS can be quite flexible, try QNAP support to get connected.

If working alone maybe park projects on something that syncs to cloud?

Just updating that I was able to get everything to save properly over SMB and AFP by updating to the newest version of mimiq. There was a new release a few months ago it looks like.
