My avid master account is linked under an email account i no longer use and i wish to merge it with a new account i made with my current email address, is this possible?

I can't login now to the Avid Application Manager on the desktop, is there something I'm missing?

Hello, I'm new with Avid!

I have a student license I no longer need that I'd like to give away to a friend and get a professional one on the same account/email address. 

How can I do this without sharing my log in infos with them and having the new license on the same account?

I heard about "Change Email Address", would that transfer the whole account to a new email, including products?

Maybe it's simpler than it looks from my end, any suggestions would be really appreciated!

  Send me an email, I will start a support case for your account merge request.

Change Email Address will transfer the whole account and products, which means your info like billing address etc.
