Hi Folks

Our mail server is change to google email so the email wire services on Data Receiver need to be reconfigure.

When I try to configure the email wire services like the Gmail POP3 it still give me error message below:

"Read single line response error: unable to read beyond the end of stream"

"Failed to connect to mail server"

If anyone know how to configure the Gmail on Data Receiver wires please inform me.

Hi Omar,

This error appears because Gmail accepts only SSL connections, but the DataReceiver doesn't support this. Here is a workaround to make the DR to work with Gmail:

1. Download and install "stunnel" program (https://www.stunnel.org/downloads.html)
2. Enable "Less secure apps" in google account (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255)
3. Configure DR like on image in attachment

I have silly question I heard before that Data receiver can receive from the RSS feed do you do it before?

Hi Omar,

Support for RSS feeds was added to Data Receiver in version 2.0 that was released in december 2015.
