Getting Started From Time Machine Back-Up

Used Time Machine to set up new imac and am not able to use Media Composer on new machine.  Upon opening application, im prompted to activate the product but it won't accept my registration info - prompts an error that which states "101 activation failed".

Im trying to insall Media Composer 7.0 on a mac running 10.10.3

Any idea what the problem might be?  Your input is greatly apprecaited!

You have to de-activate the old MC license before you can re-activate on the new system. You can contact support to resolve activation issues or Marianna here on the forums but try support first.

Also time machine isn't reccommened for moving installations. it's always best to install fresh using the correct installer.
