We are on ISIS 4.0 and 4.1, Mac Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.8. On the Finder Level some of our systems can color the ISIS drives to make them easier to recognize, others can not see the colors or color them. We can't figure out why this is. These are systems that have both read and write access to the drives. Not a major thing, but super helpful when we have it. Upgrading and/or updating software is not an option. Thanks!

As with Spotlight Indexing, a number of the Finder properties are intentionally turned off with ISIS to improve perfromance.I'm actually surprised this works at all. Do you have the same version of the client on all the systems?

Yes most are on Avid ISIS 4.0, but when I upgraded my machine to 4.1 I lost the colors. You mean turned off in the programming, not a settings I could adjust now, correct? Also, even among the systems with ISIS 4.0, only some could see the colors.
Also, totally unrelated, but I'm an ACI as well. How did you get that badge on your profile to the left there?
Yes, this is correct, this is something that is turned off by ISIS. This is not an option that can be turned on.
You should have been contacted about your ACI Badge.
