I have recorded with two Panasonic caameras.  Either one of the cameras or some of the P2 cards seem to have a problem.  I've uploaded the video from the cards to a hard drive, and all of the MXF files are there and when I AMA link to the folders that hold them, Not all of the subdirectories have a problem.  I get the message on the console that the link is good, but there is no AMA clip in the bin.  Here's the message from the console:

AMA link to volume F:\FTL 8 B-1 was successful.

Does anyone have this experience.

Is there any other way to get the P2 media???

I'm not sure at all what is the cause, but I am selecting a P2 plugin that refers to (*.MXF) meaning that it's pointing to files and linking to the files in the Video and Audio folders separately inside the card subdirectory and getting results...  You have to two links to get the audio and video. 

Sometimes it just requires a bit of experimenting to find the answer.... I don't know if this is a new thing or not, but it's saved me from certain ruin. If you use the folder it will indicate success, but not show you a clip in the bin.  Whereas some of the P2 cards I saved would link to the files, these troubled ones are showing up using the P2 (*.MXF) plugin.
