A clent recently gave me a pokey old Avid Xpress. Meridien I/O box. Compaq Evo W8000 workstation. Windows 2000 OS for goodness sake. Anyway, it had a couple of projects I needed to revive on it, but I could not get it to work with the dongle, so yesterday I emailed Marianna. As busy as she is, she responded within an hour, and by the end of the day, I had an updater file with which I was able to blast the dongle and restore this decade old Avid system to good working order.
While you are hammering away on a deadline, grousing about this or that minor irritation, take a moment to consider that Avid created a position called Customer Advocate, and they were smart enough put Marianna in that position. I have been around long enough to have learned non-linear editing on a Montage Picture Processor, and I do not take that fact or her for granted. Thank you Marianna for being who you are and doing what you do for us. We really appreciate it.
She is freaking awesome.
One of Avid's biggest assets.
I am Buggered if I know how she does it.
I am not a long time user of Avid but Marianna is always there to help and whats more she does time and time again.
Cheers
Bloody marvelous!

In a PM after she'd spent over a week to successfully resolve a problem that I had recently I told her that her blood's worth bottling.
And it is!
And she looks pretty good on a Harley.

One in a billion - make that 10 billion - make that infinity!
WWLD?
Marianna Is a very very special lady.
Hope that she would never ever leave Avid.
She helped me so much about a month ago with the mess called upgrading to M.C 7 Symphony.
Marianna always responds and is always helpful. Avid should be grateful that they have someone like her representing their company. More companies should have people as good as Marianna
Thanks Marianna, you are loved.
+1 to all above . . . .
