She sure does. For a long time Avid had a reputation for less then great customer service. If they had been able to find ten or so Mariannas that would never have happened.

I have worked with a lot of sotware support from a lot of small and large developers. I have never had such direct access, support, answers and communications as I have from Avid with Marianna.

She also helped me with some upgrade issues I had about a month ago and responded so fast and was so generous with my situation! Thank you a million!!!
