Learn to create Science Fiction style Phaser Beams using Media Composer Paint. This effect can be used for weapons discharge from a space ship or a disruptor cannon, or for magical energy beams that fly through your scenes.

The two-part tutorial uses Paint and Animatte to achieve this effect.
