6.5.2 CMD snap doesn't work when Volume keyframes are visible

Using 6.5.2 and noticed when I have Volume audio keyframes visible on the timeline I can't hold CMD and snap to the head or tails of clips. I can Shift+CMD and snap vertically when moving a clip, but that's it. Is this a bug or is it supposed to work like this? Turning off the Volume keyframes allows me to snap.

    Thanks!

Anybody else seen this? Is this the way it's supposed to work?
