After I export my sequence with stereo tracks as AAF, run pluraleyes to sync my camera with external audio, re-import the sync'd AAF, the tracks appear as pairs of mono, which is kind of annoying. Setting import settings and options for Audio to have A1/2, 3/4, 5/6 as stereo doesn't help. Doing Getinfo on the clips still shows them to be stereo. Has anyone found a workaround/solution for this?
My pluraleyes version is 2.01, MC 6.5.
Can you modify the clips to force them back to stereo?

Do you have "convert stereo to mono" checked on your AAF export setting?
Duh! you're right.
