I have one clip colored in a bin. Is there any quick way to set all the rest of the clips in that same bin to that same color without going to the color menu and try to match the color repeatedly?
The other reason I'm asking this is because I'm trying to use the crayon color picker to choose ORANGE, just plain old orange, and then duplicate that clip color to the rest. The new color picker menu doesn't have a lot of the colors I need.
Select all the clips, then alt/right-click the colour button in the bin column of them to open the colour picker. Click the magnifying glass symbol at the top of the colour picker window and use it to sample the colour of the clip you're matching to. Click OK and job done!
I'm selecting all the clips, but when I right click on the color button in the bin column it only selects one clip to change the color.
So that doesn't work, unless I'm doing something wrong.
Strange - it works for me! I was able to do 10 in one go this way.
I'm on 5.5.3.4, you?
This is something they fixed in 6.0- it works in 6.0. In 5 and earlier you can only do custom clip colors one at a time.
