i´ve tried this, but i couldn´t make it work, as it didn´t take the acvhd files. how can i make this work?

So as for TMPGEnc 5:
You import the files.
Choose QT and from there the settings for DNxHD and export.
And this doesn't give you good results?

This is only at your PC monitor?
Have you made a test DVD out of those files to see what it looks like.
With my MXO2 Mini attached I can see how the final file/export will look like
but without it I am never sure as what it gives to a PC monitor many times isn't
what is supposed to look like at the final media.
... it is not in the user interface (ui), means not at the pc monitor. it is at a extra monitor that is connected to the avid as mentioned before, wich shows the exact picture, wich avid produces.
